Romance Dissieka, MD, MPH

Dr. Romance Dissieka serves as Interim Country Director for Côte d’Ivoire at Helen Keller Intl. A medical doctor specializing in public health, Romance holds a Master’s degree in Health Program Management and a diploma in Nutritional Epidemiology.

Romance brings more than 12 years of experience with the organization, leading and supporting high-impact programs in health, nutrition, neglected tropical diseases, and food fortification. Most recently, she served as Regional MEAL Manager for the Vitamin A Supplementation program, supporting 14 countries to strengthen data systems and improve program performance. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-driven interventions that improve the health and nutrition of vulnerable communities.

Romance is based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
